Check In / Drop Off Procedures
All consignors are required to register online prior to Check In. You will receive confirmation and a consignor number via email.
You will also be asked to read and agree to the Consignor Acknowledgment Form. This form states that The One Week Boutique is not responsible for fire, loss, theft or damage to your sale items. It also acknowledges that all items not picked up by the designated time on the Event Schedule will become property of The One Week Boutique and be donated to our charity of choice.
Items will be accepted during designated Drop Off times on the Event Schedule.
You should allow 20-30 minutes for Check In and Drop Off. The One Week Boutique will confirm your Consignor Number, examine your items, and ensure all Pricing and Tagging Guidelines have been followed.
Please, please, please do not be offended if items are returned to you as too worn, dated or otherwise not acceptable for the sale.
You will be asked to place your own items in designated spots on the sales floor. We suggest you group your items by gender and then size (EX: group girls clothing together starting at smallest and ending at largest) to ease this process.
You will receive your Preview Sale Pass and be given an opportunity to purchase a Guest Pass for the Preview Sale for $5. Only one Guest Pass per consignor will be offered. Guests will be allowed into the Preview Sale after consignors have had an opportunity to shop first.
Remember: All items must be on hangers priced and tagged BEFORE you bring them to Check In.
It is helpful if you have something to pile your clothing into such as a laundry basket, box, a wagon or something that makes unloading your car easier.
Though children are welcome at Check In, it is much easier for you if they are not with you. You may be waiting in line, correcting tags, and placing your items on the sales floor.
