Unsold Item Pickup
Any unsold items you wish to reclaim must be picked up on
Sunday, from 5:30pm - 7:30pm ONLY
There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy!
Beginning Fall 2015, your unsold items will not be sorted . Items will be organized by general category and we will have lots of volunteers to assist you. All consignors should bring a list of your unsold items so you have an accurate list of what you are picking up. You will be able to print that list once the sales have been uploaded at the conclusion of the 1/2 Price Sale on Sunday.
All Items not picked up during these hours will be donated to local charities as we must vacate the premises at the conclusion of the sale. We understand that circumstances occur which prevent consignors from picking up their items during the designated times. We can offer several options to you, so please contact us immediately if you find yourself unable to pick up your items. We will do our best to accommodate you.
You must have your Photo ID and consignor number with you to claim your unsold items and profit check. We will match your consignor number to the consignor number on each tag you pick up. Please allow 30 to 45 minutes to find your items.
If you would like someone else to pick up your checks or items, please email us at email@example.com from the address registered to your consignor number and include the following information before 5:00pm on Sunday. Please know that someone else is not going to be familiar with your items and will require more time to find them, especially if they are in our missing tag area.
- Your name.
- Your consignor number.
- Person's name authorized to pick up.
- Indicate if they can pick up your check, items, or both.
We encourage you to donate your unsold items. Please know that they are donated to worthy local charities and used by people in our own community.
